We respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for all changes and cancellations.  Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of service. No shows will result in a 100% charge of service. Credit cards are required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.

Eyelash extensions are a cosmetic application used to enhance the length, curl, fullness, and thickness of natural eyelashes.

DO:

Please shower prior to your appointment. Eliminating any unnecessary contact with water or steam within the first 48 hours will insure that the bond between the semi permanent lashes and your natural lashes has enough time to properly set.

Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll be laying down between 2 and 3 hours. We want you to get comfortable, relax, and enjoy.

Remove your contacts. Your eyes will be closed during the application of your eyelash extensions,  to avoid any discomfort, it is always suggested that contacts are removed allowing eyes to be comfortable in a natural and rested state.

DON’T:

Wear makeup. Makeup products worn close to the eye will need to be removed prior to the lash application process. Coming to your appointment with a clean face will save time and eliminate the need for you lash stylist to remove your eye makeup.

Wear Mascara. Lashes must be fresh and clean in order to be properly prepped to receive eye lash extension.  No mascara!

This is a myth. Lash extensions when applied properly do not ruin your natural lashes. You natural lashes are of top priory to our artists. Please make sure not to rub and tug on your eyes as that will damage your natural lashes.

We do NOT offer refunds on any service, gift certificates or promotional special. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge. Please see our ‘Allergies Policy’ for more details. For sanitary reasons, products with a broken seal cannot be returned.

There are several ways to improve the retention of your lashes! Make sure to not get your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after they are applied. It’s also important to brush and cleanse your lashes every day. Humidity is another very important factor in retaining your lashes. Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and other exposure to direct heat such as open flames.

We recommend cleaning your lashes nightly with one of Bella Lash’s cleansers and a mascara brush.

The majority of clients opt for a lash fill every 2 weeks, however, all clients are different and experience different retention. We offer 1, 2, and 3 week fills to accommodate clients scheduling needs.

Every client is different and will have a different experience with the retention of your lashes. Even if you take the absolute best care of your lashes, they will naturally begin to shed.

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates.
